    You can refer to this official document: Stay compliant with user licensing requirements - Finance & Operations | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Learn. This article provides an overview of how customers can stay compliant with the user licensing requirements for finance and operations apps. You can view available and assigned licenses under Licenses in the Microsoft 365 admin center. Or you can refer to this blog: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Licensing & Pricing Guide (demanddynamics.com). It introduces that Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O is available in 4 user licenses – full user, operations activity, team member, and device licenses.
