I had launched a customer journey with marketing email, we notice a difference in the number of delivered email between the customer journey and marketing email. e.g delivered in customer journey= 13,067 , delivered in marketing email= 13,064.
Also, in the marketing email insight we found two readings for the number of delivered emails , 13,079 delivered email at the Delivery Tab and 13,064 delivered email at the Insight tab.

Have you validated that the date range you've set is correct? Also on emails, you have to select the single customer journey otherwise the insights that display are for all of the journeys that you have used that email in. If these are both correct, then you may want to open a service request to have it investigated further.
