develop a plugin that send a facebook message after a case is created

I'm new in dynamics 365 developpment and i need to develop a social interaction plugin that send a facebook private message to customer when a case is created. I want to know if this is possible or not ?

If it's possible how can i do it?

    Hi Soy,

    It seems like this is not possible as facebook doesn't allow sending messages thorugh API.
