    Hi,

Please try and check if the userID owns any processes and try to assign them to active user/Service account ,this will also deactivate and reactivate flows while you reassign records.

RE: The user with SystemUserId= in OrganizationContext= is disabled - Dynamics365

Today we ran into another example of this and it was related to a plugin. All pluging steps were registered with calling user's context.

    Here is the fix:

    1. Change "Calling user" for an active user

    2. Make the plugin execute. It should work fine

    3. Change back to "Calling user". It should work fine too.

So it seems that the "Calling user" or the user that registered the plugin is cached somewhere. Very weird.

The problem began for us after a user left the company. We could not save an opportunity.

We checked all workflows/business rules/plugins but his name did not appear anywhere.

The fix: We deactivated/re-activated all worklows, and the problem disappeared. Maybe his name was cached somewhere.

    Thanks to the CRM Chap!

Please check the owner of the record. I had similar error when I try to activate a workflow. The owner of the workflow was a user that was disabled or without a license. After assigning the workflow to myself I was able to activate it.

Seems that in CRM a scheduler/ plugin was running with different user credentials.

We encounter same problem as of today. We have a C# Azure Portal custom made connected to CRM with Application OBject ID (application user). It worked a couple of days ago. We have feeling that it is related to the workflow user of which is disabled. The portal user that connects to CRM through an applicatoin user is on AZure AD is able to view data, but the user that throws the exception is not used by the portal

Even disabling all the plugin giving you the same exception?

In dynamic 365 online there is product licence for user to access those products like CRM, SharePoint, Power bi, outlook etc. In dynamic 365 online instance there is admin portal for administrative rights for all products.

    Hi Prt33k,

Yes. We do have plugins on create/update messages of these entities. But most of them registered with calling user's context. Some of them with enabled user's context. I have checked those as per your suggestions. We dont have workflows as of now.

    Hi Utkarsh,

Yes. I am getting this in C# class. User is having administrator security role. How to check user's product license ? what are you referring as admin portal ?
