Outlook 2013/2016 has been configured with Dynamics CRM 365

When End user send an message to D365 user, that message can be converted to an account and appointment

Now, End user sends an appointment request having location, start and end date and got the appointment request email to CRM User

Now login as CRM user > Click on blue icon which connects to D365 from out look > Click on "+"Select an appointment, all the details getting reflected in new appointment creation page except location, start and end date as set by the end user instead it was showing current time

Please let me know how to fix this issue

Regards

suguresh
