It won't let me add content blocks to my emails.
When I try to drag and drop it over it won't let me. Never used to have this issue.
Any ideas?

Do all the content blocks not work?
You can try in following ways to check if there is any problem with content block:
1. Add a new created content block to an email to see if it works
2. Besides drag your content block, you can select “+” to add your content block to see if the old content block works
If there is some problem with the old content block, you can try to republic the old content block.
