I Have a requirement to import the 10cr of master data record into 1 entity. Using OOB Data import process as per our calculation its going to take 20+ days. Is there any best way to achieve the same.

This article gives overview of Tools like SSIS Toolkit from Kingwaysoft, Scribe or other like Simegio:

Through parallel processing and batch job you can gain speed which these tools can use more or less good.
