Best App to use for a new instance of dynamics 365

Hi

We already use Dynamics 365 and powrerapps - but all of our instances have got specialised custom apps created by third parties.

We have a new part of our org that needs a basic CRM and we are thinking about using Dynamics

To try this out (demo) mode we will create a new sandbox instance and assign the person in the bussiness a license (Customer service license).

Then see if the out of the box functionlaity will do - create a contact, create a case etc.

Do we need to choose to install Dynamics 365 apps when creating the instacne - and if there is a choice of apps - what App should they select ?

I have the same question (0)

    Hi gregbooth2,

You can select customer service app, which can make you crate contact, case, or other entities.

    Hi,

To try it out you can install customer service app which satisfies your requirement to include provided entities by you. We use that for customer demo as well.

    Thanks,
