Unable to install Data Export Service

Hello All,

I am unable to install Data Export Service from App Source, it throws error "you dont have enough permission, contact system admin to get it install".

Even though I tried to click on next, it then goes in installing mode forever, but doesnt install.

I am global admin as well as CRM and PowerApp admin.

Hi Partner

Below web resources are part of Data Export Service solution, can you check if these solutions are already installed.

1. export_ExporterAppHost.html

2. export_ExporterAppIcon

If in case these solution are not installed, Could you please get it from AppSource and install it before installing the actual solution?

To install Data Export Service from AppSource, please follow the below steps.

1) Open CRM

2) Go to Settings ->Customziation -> Dynamics Market Place

3) Search for 'data export'

4) Click Get it now button on Microsoft Dynamics 365 - Data Export Service

5) It will redirect to Dynamics 365 admin center page -> select checkboxes and click Agree

6) After few minutes, Data Export Service solution will be installed and can be seen in Settings -> Solutions
