Post and Print no longer downloads documents to PDF

Good day

Most of our printing is done directly to PDF, since the last Edge update when Post & Print is used, BC no longer downloads the report to PDF, this issues also only seems to be affecting certain users. We have also tried using Firefox, but the issue still persists.

Any suggestions?

BC Version: W1 16.4 (Platform 16.0.14648.15420 + Application 16.4.14693.15445)

Edge Version 104.0.1293.70 (Official build) (64-bit)

    The above issue is coming to particular user. If particular user. Pls check permissions in BC and Operating System.
