
We are trying to approve mailboxes in Dynamics Customer Service App. The user has a Dynamics 365 licence plus has been assigned the Global Admin role within Microsoft 365, however, they are still unable to approve mailboxes within Dynamics customer service app. They receive an error of "insufficient permissions". If anyone can help that would be great!

Please check the mailbox approval model. You can use any two options:
O365 Global Admin + Dynamics 365 System Administrator
D365 System Administrator + Exchange Administrator

I suggest review if the user have the proper privileges and try again.
