Assuming you have all prereqs and followed the proper access rights setup based upon your specific configuration, I would delete the IIS site that is setup as Web Services.  Also go delete the folders created for the WS site.   In IIS, make sure you can see the certificate and that the certificate is named as I believe the name displays in this drop down (no name can show as blank in this pick list)

Then I would try redeploying web services again

    Thanks,
    Marc

Thank you Marc for your reply.

    Yes prerequisites were setup .

I could see certificate after IIS reset but getting Internal error(The security permissions are Not Set correctly on the Virtual Directory).

What is WS site is it Webservices?Do we need to delete the virtual directory and redeploy web services again?

Is your trusted web service user an Admin on your web server?

To make sure deployment program worked properly,  make sure you have your ports noted as well as your trusted web service user and PW before doing the following:

delete the web services site from IIS; also go to the file path of the web services site (the one specified during the deployment or seen from the 'Advanced Settings --> Physical Path' in IIS before you delete it.)

Redeploy web services to create new site / new files.  (the values will not be pre-populated after you delete the site, which is why you need to make sure you have that data handy)
