Item Tracking is Defined in the Item Journal

I want to transfer an item code from bonded warehouse to our warehouse. We need to register a permit first. I've done inventory adjustment for the item code before, but there is no item journal hanging now. but it gives me that error. can someone help me? if i have to delete the item tracking manually where should I search?

Joe,

Is this Permit Registration an Addon from an ISV? It is not standard NAV why I am asking. If you know the name of the Addon, I would say connect with the Addon Partner to help.
