I tried to set up ADFS and IDF and claims based auth in deployment manager and could not get CRM to be external. But now CRM is not working internal on the network either. what makes CRM work internally? Does the webaddresses inside deployment manager do this or is there something I am missing.

Try to browse via IIS (Internet Information Services) and post the screenshot of error below.

In command prompt, run the iisreset command, and then try browsing to the Microsoft Dynamics 365 website again.

i tried setting it up for internet facing for external use i went through these steps but it didnt work so i deleted the ADFS and DNS from that server but I have ADFS and DNS running on a different server that use to let me access this page

Hi

If you can access Deployment manager, you can disable IFD.

I disabled IFD and Claims based but still can't access my page anymore .

in your case
