License Plate Label Printing - Quantities to Print

Hi guys,

I was wondering what the best way to dynamically define the number of labels to print (outside of specifying this in the ZPL code itself with work quantity).
For Inbound Receiving for example, I register 10EA on the mobile device = 1 Pallet. This is my label trigger (Print toggle enabled on mobile device menu item).
I have unit sequence group (EA - Pallet) assigned to my item, so my putaway work is generated by pallet.

What is the best way, to have the system print labels, for each unit (EA) registered? (irrespective of my work pick/put unit of measure).

Many thanks

Did you try License plate grouping?

License plates are grouped according to the highest and the lowest unit of the unit sequence group.

    • Select the check box to have units grouped into one license plate.

    • Clear the check box to use individual license plates for each unit quantity.

    Hi,
Depending on the problem you described, it seems that you can set how many tags can be included in a license plate on the Unit Sequences Groups page. The specific steps are as follows:
    1. Go to Warehouse management > Setup > Unit sequence groups.
    2. Select the license plate you want to add a different tag to
    3. Add a new unit
Or you can customize the label to display all the information you need to display in one tab. Please refer to the link below for details
    Best regards,
    Kevin
