I was just checking on SL 2011 documentation and I came to this in the Project Budgeting module:
With the Project Budgeting module, you can also limit user access to individual fields on each screen.
I've never heard of such a thing. I thought maybe it was just wishful thinking from a program manager with too much caffeine inside. Apparently, it's just a typo. It should have said "Customization Manager" instead of "Project Budgeting".
