Error "The specified domain

Hi,

Im getting the below error in the plugin code.

Im expecting second catch but getting the above error when one of the roles is missing. The First catch is working fine. With debugging on Plugin registration tool , it is working fine,it is going to else condition and second catch is showing message. Please help.
