I see that Kit Components are available out-of-the-box for display in this picklist but not BOM components.

Some of the items aren't fully assembled when shipped since they don't quite fit. So to prevent anyone from missing a part to pack, we'd want the SOP Picklist to display all the components on the BOM. Is that possible?
What is the purpose you want to add BOM Components to display on SOP Picklist? If you generate MO from sales order, maybe you can consider to modify MO picklist Summary Report so it will show you sales order # and BOM components.
So it's definitely not feasible in Report WRiter?
Are there any reports that could be used in GP?
The BOM is a manufacturing construction and is not available to sales transactions natively. If you must have the BOM list appear in a sales order, consider using Accountable's Forms printer to generate your SOP documents. Then you can modify the docs and explode the BOM, listing the components on the transaction documents.
No, just components that are part of the BOM. How do you get BOM components to display?
Do you mean additional components that aren't part of the BOM? BOM components should be displaying as well.
