We have on-premises CRM and when we try to send email of size 25MB or bigger, it fails. I tried to change the File Size Limit For Attachments to 32 MB but emails still fails. We want the users to be able to send emails of upto 30MB. Is there a way I can change CRM to allow emails of 30 MB?
Our exchange server is also setup to allows emails of upto 30MB.
Thank you in advance.

Are you using online CRM?
Yes, I have already tired all the things mentioned above. I have tried changing the attachment size limit under the System Settings and also changed exchange server limit to 30MB. If I send email with 30 MB of attahcments from outlook it works fine. But fails in CRM. Is there anything else I should try?
Default email attachment size setting upto 20MB in exchange server. you can ask to increase attachment size limit in Exchange. Exchange admin can help you.
Hi,
CRM can allow it to be send, but then you need to make sure that your exchange server also allor attachments of the desried size.
Yes crm 2016 supports 128Mb of max attachment size. If you change in the setting it will take effect for the email as well. First step, pls try to send email from your outlook with attachment size of 40 mb. If that fails try to change the exchange setup to 50 Mb and try in both crm and in outlook .
Additional check : pls check the file format which you are attaching to email is aset and allowed
Hope this helps
