Template for the Customer self-service portal

According to various documentation there is supposed to abe a Power App template for a Customer Self-Service Portal.

However, that template isn't listed.  Does anyone know how to obtain that template?

    Hi Warwick, 

    The Customer Self service portal template and few others like Employee Self service, Partner portal etc., are available only If you select an environment that contains customer engagement apps (Dynamics 365 Sales, Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Dynamics 365 Field Service, Dynamics 365 Marketing, or Dynamics 365 Project Service Automation). Please refer: Portal templates available in Power Apps - Power Apps | Microsoft Docs

    To create an environment with database and that which contains Customer Engagement Apps, you need to 'Enable Dynamics 365 Apps' at the time of creation of the environment.

    Steps to create an environment that contains the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Apps are provided here: Create and manage environments in the Power Platform admin center - Power Platform | Microsoft Docs

    Once the environment containing Customer Engagement apps is created please follow the steps mentioned in Create a portal in an environment containing customer engagement apps - Power Apps | Microsoft Docs to create the Customer Self Service Portal.
