When I try to open the pos I get , ActiveX component can't create object. how do i fix this? admin is working. manager is working,

Thank you for your question. The other two suggestions are great. I would recommend uninstalling RMS removing the registry, restart computer, and reinstall.

Try the "repair" function in add remove programs. If that does not work you will have to re-install RMS.
Did you recently installed any new OPOS drivers. Remove it and then r- install RMS. It should work.
Incase if you are using Epson OPOS. Version 2.7 will cause this as well.
