Blank email description in Batch email sending status

When i check the batch email sending status and find some workflow email with blank the email description. Please advise what i miss the workflow setting

    Unfortunately, by looking at your screenshot, I don't know how this record got created. Are you only having email set up for workflows or is this coming from another process?
