We are getting this error message only on the client workstation. We do not get this error when working at the server (using rdp). At the server we can open all customized screens.
We already ran the BSL Components.msi from the AdditionalComponentInstallers folder.
We tried:
1.uninstalling the client.
2. turning off UAC
3. Reinstalling the client
4. applying CU1
Users can open screens that do not have BSL customizations.

We had to run the BSL Components.msi from the AdditionalComponentInstallers folder at each user workstation to resolve the problem.
