Hi, This is the first time we use Guft Cards.
How can we creat Gift Card Item in HQ level then send them to all stores , while it needs a serial numbers ( as descriped in SO User guide)
How can we add gift cards to inventory , Can we use a Purchase Order to fill inventory with Gift Cards.

There is no need to add these to inventory as they are controlled by HQ if they are global vouchers.
You cannot add these items to a PO.

Global Vouchers were added with the release of RMS 2.0 Feature Pack 1:

After installing you will want to refer to the 'Setting up global vouchers' topic in Headquarters Manager Help:
"You can set up global vouchers that stores can issue to customers. Customers can then redeem the vouchers towards purchases, add money to them, and check their balances at any of your stores."
If you do install Feature Pack 1 I would also recommend you install Service Pack 4 and the latest hotfix:
Service Pack 4:

The latest hotfix is Hotfix 25:
mbs.microsoft.com/.../20sphf-v2.htm
