I restored the database and when i open the Ax client i am unable to see the module.
I restored this database
after restoration When i Open Ax it shows the error as below

Help me out how to resolve this issue

The answer you provided doesnt gave the answer but i replace the existing database with the fresh one its working now .May be you were right about the licence issue.

System administration > Periodic > Database > SQL administration. On the Table actions menu, click Synchronize database
If you do not have dev workspace it could be issue with your license, do you have dev license on the environment you took backup from? Because license information is stored in DB.
Unable to Open AOT The field for new development workspace does not appear.
You need to do full sync. Open AOT -> right click on Data Dictionary -> Sync.
