Customers discounts in Dynamics NAV

Hi there

I'm new to Dynamics NAV (using 2017), and are at the moment getting ready to lunch this coming weekend.

I have customers that always gets a 10% discount, and other customers that always are getting a 5% discount - both on all products.

I cannot find a way to do this.

I can only find a way to this for a products - but only for one discount ( ie 10%).

Can You help me?

Using this your second link, is there a way to group several products, så I can give them all same discount to the Debitor discount group?

I'm not sure I got your requirement correctly - do you want to have such a setup, where:

- only a specific group of products would be discounted only when being sold to a specific group of customers

- other products to the same customers or these products to the other customers would not be discounted?

You can specify the discount for all customers who belong to specific discount group. Please check this link for more detailed steps and explanation

I have customers who gets 10% discount off all our products, while other customers only gets 5%.

Can I add the same discount to all items at once? - or should I do it individually.

Use customer Discount group to differentiate those two groups and then use Item Discount group to specify the discount. You don't need to do it individually group them by Item Discount Group.

If you search NAV there is a page with Item Discount Groups with various groups which you can assign on the Item Card. So based on which item you want to give discount use that discount group or use all the discount groups available if you want to give discount for all items.
