Creating checklists with charts

Hello Folks,

I'm currently trying to find a way for the "service" side to create a checklist of sorts that would show all the items I want on it and be able to tie charts/graphs to it. These steps need to be checked on/off if possible. I am using crm 2013 cloud.

For example:

3 Main Sections:

~01 - On Boarding

---------steps A-ZZ listed below it

~02 - Setup

---------steps A-ZZ listed below it

~03 - Finalization

---------steps A-ZZ listed below it

I would like the graphs or charts to be set for the overall % of completion for each. Keep in mind this is not a sales process and is used by the service, support, marketing departments. I would prefer to have everyone be able to see it. but only those assigned to the individual steps be able to change them.

You can do this from Advanced find option, you can create your own view and share with team giving them access priviledge according, read, write, append and so on. You can also add chart on it and make a dashbaord. with both view and chart on it and it will keep updating with your current records.

    Thanks

Actually you can't just do a checklist in crm. You can't just check some records and made a list.

You can for example put some "codewords" in the description field and use advanced find to make a list from the records where the description field contains the "codeword".

it is my understanding that it can be done in "business Process flows" I just don't know how.
