Hi,

I have one requirement in which I want to use the One-time supplier option to create the orders.

Is there any functionality available in AX which I can use to restrict the user to create only one order for the one-time supplier and later a should not be allowed to create any orders for the same vendor.

Or i need to go fo the customization.

    Yes. If you want to allow users to use one time suppliers only once you have to put a restriction in place through a development.

    Thanks for the reply, Do you mean to say I need to do the customization the code to validate and the restrict them if they select the same One Time Supplier while creating the order again

    Hello Nandhini,

    The one time supplier account that you can create by using the standard functionality does not prevent using this created one time supplier for multiple orders.

    If you want to have such a restriction, you would have to implement a code adjustment.
