Hi All,
When we try to enter more than 2 transactions then it get very slow and even sometime get stuck in "Not responding" state also.
Specially, when we try to enter return order.
Can anyone tell me what is the issue?

a) Try set property Pooling to true at POS.EXE.CONFIG.

b) You can simulate this scenario in a test environment? If yes, use a POS with OffLineDB and without OfflineDB. So we can say that the problem may be in OffLineDB or POS application.
c) Did you try using SQL Server Profiler? Perhaps you can identify any query that is consuming your POS application. Re-Indexing and make SQL performance tuning at channelDB.
d) There are two KBs. Please, if these KBs are not in your environment, install and verify that the problem is solved.

KB 3105973 POS performance issue after scanning multiple products
e) Verify multiple discounts in your configuration. Try to remove those records of multiple discounts. (Note: The Kb 3105973 changed the algorithm to try to solve this problem. Resolve > POS performance issue after scanning multiple products with mix and match discounts.)
