I need help with a mass emailing to clients. Is there somewhere or some one to help.

One options is to create a marketing list https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/sales-enterprise/create-marketing-list-using-app-marketing-sales
After, you have the possibility to create a quick campaign to send emails to the chosen marketing list. You can check this article about creating quick campaigns: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/sales-enterprise/create-quick-campaign-using-app-marketing-sales
There is also the possibility to send Bulk emails: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customerengagement/on-premises/basics/send-bulk-email-customers

In addition to the response that you have received from Ioana, you can also use Microsoft Flow with CDS. You can create a flow that will retrieve a list of all the contacts that you want to email (based on a condition) or a marketing list.
You loop through the results of the CDS list and do an apply to all, and then create an email message with parameters from the Contact record.
The good think about this is that you have various options of sending the email.
You can send the email by connecting to your Office 365 Outlook mailbox and sending it directly from Exchange, or you can call the SendEmail action in CDS (Dynamics) and it will create an email message that is associated with your customer and send it from CDS.
