inline edit gridview in crm?

Hello - Does CRM have an inline edit grid view layout?  For example, an entity might have 4 columns and 4 rows of data.  Is there a way to display a grid of all of this information so a user can edit the info inline, for several rows at a time?  I'm not necessarily advocating this approach but a client asked me if it was possible, so I wanted to make sure I understood whether or not CRM supports this capability?

    Out of the box in CRM 2011 there isn't an editable grid - 2013 will have this to some extent. 

    Current there are a couple free solutions available to provide this functionality in 2011:

    Hi Jason,  Are these in-line editable grids available (both out of the box or create new custom).

    There is only one in-line view included out of the box, which is not editable unfortunately.

    You can edit or create another view and use that, however you will not have the in-line editing ability which I'm sure you've probably experienced already.

    I hope Microsoft changes the in-line view up to be more flexible because it would really help the process of establishing pricing when using the product line items grid..
