Global Voucher issue

We operate on multi store environment with 7 shops. All shops can sell voucher however as soon as the HQ runs 401 on one particular store, all voucher sold before 401 says Voucher does not exist when you do balance check however on HQ Voucher detail, balance is clearly showing. Why is this happening? It was running fine in ll store until recently but now 5 out of 7 store having the same issue. Now shops are unable to redeem the vouchers. Please help.

    I am having the same issue.  I am unable to redeem a voucher for one of my stores. 

    When trying to redeem the voucher I get the message "voucher does not exist".  The voucher number does however exist in HQ.

    Has anyone been successful in resolving this issue?

    Hello - having the same issue where we cannot redeem a voucher sold from one store.  Everything appears to be setup correctly.  How did you resolve your issue?  TIA

    Thanks Ramy for your prompt reply. Port 34210 on HQ Server is open and all shops can check balance and redeem voucher which are sold from the other two stores. I have now done further investigation and the voucher from these 5 stores are showing valid and online until 401 is run on one particular store. As soon as 401 is finished on this particular store then the Voucher shows offline. Reason I said offline is because when I run a SQL  command select *from voucheronline on HQ Administrator, the voucher sold from 5 stores are not there. How do make these vouchers online?

    I also have another issue on the same 5 stores. When customer return goods we issue credit voucher. Now the balance on these credit voucher will revert back to £0.00 as soon as 401 completes on one particular store however the voucher still shows online unlike sold voucher which says voucher does not exist, and balance could be checked from all stores which says £0.00. This is causing too much problem.

    All this happen only after 401 completes on one particular store.

    check what happen when you call voucher in voucher client / server.

    I think it is a connectivity issue when other 5 stores tried to call voucher from HQ

    check voucher client Port number is open through firewall.
