Add Vendor Email Addresses

Hey Everyone!

I'm new to Dynamics and I'm trying to figure out how to add the vendor's email addresses to the Vendor cards. I can't seem to find where to add them, but I know it's possible because some of our POs print with the vendor's email addresses on them. It's really difficult to find the right place to send POs without this feature. Am I looking in the wrong place?

Follow below steps to add email addresses to the vendors.

1. Open vendor maintenance window and click the below marked icon.

2. After clicked the above icon, it will open the Internet Information window as below. Here you can add email addresses for different address id for the vendors.

Note: You can also open the Internet Information window through the menu Microsoft Dynamics GP-->Tools-->Setup-->Company-->Internet Information. And this window is also used to add internet information for Company, Customers, Vendors, Item, Salepeople, Employee and Agents.
