How to retreive the request for quotation (RFQ) number using x++ to my ssrs report

Hi
i want to retreive the RFQ number to show on my report, i have created a relation but its retreiving the wrong number, and not getting the current value . i dont know what wrong or missing in my relation. if anyone can help , here is my code:
