how to find ribbon workbench subgrid button in ms crm 365

Hello Everyone ,

I have created one subgrid button through Ribbon work bench in Contact entity.

Subgrid button name- Testing. 

can any one tell the steps to find this Subgrid button- Testing in crm Contact Entity. this button published successfully.

i am unable to understand the meaning of Subgrid options in crm.

    Hi Amit,

    As per my understanding you have created ribbon button on contact entity subrid.

    Actually in MS CRM there are three types of ribbon buttons for every entity called as on home grid, sugrid and entity.

    If you have added button on contact entity subgrid button it means it will display on contact subgrid which should be on another entity.

    Subgrid ribbon button will be visible on another entity where your contact entity subgrid is created.

    Basically subgrid is used to show related records

    Hi Amit,

    As per you created button on Subgrid on Contact Entity. Go to Account Entity -> Open any Account Record . You can find the contact sub grid on that . If you want how to work that sub grid . Go through the below blog https://www.marksgroup.net/blog/hide-subgrid-buttons-using-ribbon-workbench/  . It will give you a simple example how we use the sub grid button using workbench.
