I'm hoping someone knows the answer to this. We have a Microsoft business partner who provided Dynamics 365. In this version, it has a "Sales & Marketing Hub" that has virtually no marketing in it. I recently saw the marketing module after trying to get more information and was delighted. There are a lot more marketing options and opportunities in the "marketing" module.
But the weird part is -- why would we have just a Sales & Marketing hub together, and not a "marketing hub" with content management, email campaigns, etc.? I called a sales tech from Microsoft to determine the lack of a marketing hub. They didn't know. Any thoughts?
Thanks!
Tami
Hi Tami,
The "Sales and Marketing" you mentioned is a part of Supply Chain Management.
Please refer to: Sales and marketing overview - Supply Chain Management | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Docs
And there are two individual applications in Dynamics CRM which are names as "Dynamics 365 Sales" and "Dynamics 365 Marketing".
These are three completely different elements.
