
Our governmental organization has just received the "Thank you for registering with the Volume Licensing Service Center" email. We spent about two hours yesterday trying all the links to figure out how to "activate" and get going; all to no avail.
Can someone share what we should expect with the activation process? Are we supposed to be getting more emails/instructions, or was that it?

You can contact the Volume Licensing Regional Service Center at www.microsoft.com/.../Contact.aspx
With the service center, you can ask the doubts and/or questions you might have and a Professional will answer you.
