AP invoice journal Credit / Debit total does not update

Hello everyone,

I have an AP invoice journal that shows incorrect Credit and debit totals every time I open it.

The totals update if I edit any amount in the journal, but the totals go back to the shown number as soon as I close and reopen it.

The total for this one should be 2460.35 for both credit and debit.

Any help is well appreciated.

This happens in all the clients or a single one?

It happens to more than one user. And if other users open those journals also see the totals are wrong. It does not happen with every journal, so we don't know how this occurs.

When I check the journal, the totals are wrong for me as well. Totals update if I change any amount, but when the journal is reopened the totals are back to the wrong amount.

However, the journal verifies OK, and the reports recognize all the correct amounts.

Hi Ludwig, the journals were touched by KB2917305, but no customizations.

Thanks Nuno. The issue description does not mention that the total reverts back to the wrong amount when the journal is reopened. But yes, it seems like it is a known issue.

Should I then understand that there is no other solution but to re-create the journal?

Thanks for showing me the existence of the LCS! I had never used it.

According to that KB, the only way is to recreate the journal.
