It is possible to use an Excel file to make an massive update of all products prices. (not insert, but update).
I'm not sure how I can do that (entity name, excel template ?)

Hi,
If you want to update using export to excel then you first need to export data from CRM, so that excel file will contain reference of records which can be used to update records.
you can't directly import data to update without reference to existing records.
