so I have a dashboard list, how can I find out the source of where that list come from and what kind of filter it apply to the source list ? Please advise !

Hi partner,
Since you said that the view is under the system job and is not a defult system view, you could go to Advanced Find and select this view to check the filters.
1.Open Advanced Find.
2.Select System Job as main entity and select the view you want to know. Then the filter conditions will show in the window.

You could find it in Settings->Customizations->Custom the Syste, please follow the steps.
1.Open Advanced Settings.
2.Find the dashboard in the compoments list.
3.Find the dashboard you want to edit and open it.
You could edit the data resource or chat/list here.
