Is it possible to change the order of the filter options in the case time line?

Hi All,

We have a request from our client if there is any possible way to change or re-arrange the order of the filter options in the case timeline in Customer Service Hub.

We tried the form's customizations but did not have that much luck. We are using On-Premise CRM version 9.0.34.5.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks in advance for the suggestion.

Hi Rushiraj,

Hope you are well.

I'm afraid it is not available for now to change or re-arrange the order of the filter options in the case timeline in Customer Service Hub.

The order Filter options in the case timeline is by design, so we are not supported to change or re-arrange it in On-Premise CRM.
