I have a user who has full system admin rights without the roles being allocated to the individual. This allows them to see all forms and have access to a Word template which is only configured for the system admin security role. Logged out and back in - no difference, did CTRL +F5 to clear cache and refresh - no difference..
Removed all roles from the individual.
Saved user roles.
Added a single role and all system admin rights are back.
User has never had system admin rights so should not be cached on their machine.
Set my personal account with the same managed roles as the individual and my account behaves correctly as does another user.
