
Since Wave 2 2021 we have seen a change in the behavior of emails in the Timeline of a Case. As we go back and forth with a Customer, we are finding that the margins of the email get smaller and smaller, and their are large amounts of spacing between headers of the email and body of the emails.
Here are some screenshots from inside the Timeline. You can see the further I scroll on an email record, the left margin moves more to the right and my text gets les words per line. I outlined some of the large spaces in the text. The email in Outlook looks just fine. The email in the Activities looks ok as well.

Maybe you can try to clear browser cache or change other browsers to test again.
Or you can open the ticket with Microsoft and ask for support.
