Hi,
GP 10 (sp4) with Field service is freezing the app when I do the following:
- Transactions | Contract Entry/Update (bring up contact no 2)
- Then click on the contract lines button right bottom
- Then click on first contract line and then select the blue arrow next to item number
- From here click on the look up icon in ADDRESS ID and it brings you to the look up window
- Click on additional sorts then "by custom sort"
- From here select the ADDRESS 1 field and click OK
- This is where GP gets hung up.
