I have upgraded from Dynamics CRM from 8.0 to 8.2 and after the upgrade the "Recently Viewed" doesn't show any records.

This is for all the entities.

    Hello Saad,

I checked on the server and all the services were running.

Also, I have restarted the services, but still I see the same issue.

I see that I have data in RecentlyViewedXml  column in UserEntityUISettingsBase table.

And also every user is having the same issue.

    Hi,

If you are using on Premises version:

then For my point of view its must be some user specific. For a particular user -i doubt you can do much.

Also first check the RecentlyViewedXml field (column) in the "UserEntityUISettingsBase" table in SQL Server Contain data or not for your login user by putting condition where OwnerId = 'YOUR USER GUID'.

if it doesn't have data in that table for your login user that why it will not visible in your recently viewed.

then check for other user that they can see their recently viewed or not. if not then raised a ticket.

    -------ONLINE--------

if you are using online then raise a ticket

    Hope it helps
