Automating Assigned User Roles

Good day.

I have been researching on how to automate user role assignments. 

System admin > security > Assign user roles

When looking at adding a rule to the role, I don't see / cant find a role that can reference the STE/FTE/ CON. 

There are two roles that we would like to automate the assignment for:

One for  role "all employee" - STE/FTE ( Employee - Term used in Human Resource Model )

One for  roles " Consultant employee"  ( Contractor - Term used in Human Resource Model ) 

I have also seen in Human Resource Model, can I reference the Tittle ( Consultant/FTE/ etc) for the Query?

    We have an existing feature that allows us to create AAD Group Teams in CRM that is associated to desired Security role in CRM and associated to a Group in AAD as well. In your scenario you can create two teams and groups to achieve your task. Please review the Docs below or reach out to support if further help is needed.
