Posted on by Microsoft Employee

I am working on a project where I have a business process flow on patient visit and patient summary entities. The BPF works fine when am signed in as the admin but when I am signed in as a doctor. I have given access to the doctor. The BPF Name is Visit Business Process Flow. Please help.

    Hi Sule,

You can delete the BPF and create new BPF with the same function.

For the error in the User form, I don’t suggest that you removed the msdyn_userSettings.js.

    Hi Lean

Thanks for the reply. I have tried what you have said.

    1. I have two security roles one Doctor and the other receptionist. when I signed in as a Rec I can see the process in an existing visit ecord. but not when I say new to create a new record. And for the doctor when i tried in a saved visit record it said script error, which I never wrote.

    2. Yes I did assign the role.

    4. I have tried in a different browser also incognito mode but no luck.

    3. I will try another PBF and see.

But one thing I got this same error yesterday when I tried to open the user record and someone suggested on this site to check for OOB and I went to the form and removed the

msdyn_userSettings.js then the error stopped. nor its back when I try the switch process.

    The first error was

    UserSettings.prototype.onLoadSetValue@sulehealth1010.crm.dynamics.com/.../msdyn_userSettings.js
    @sulehealth1010.crm.dynamics.com/.../ClientApiWrapper.aspx line 160 > eval:1:45

    AppendScriptTag/scriptTag.onload/<@https://sulehealth1010.crm.dynamics.com/form/ClientApiWrapper.aspx?ver=1727124286:244:18

    The new error is

    Hi Sule,

    You can check following:

1.Open the form and expand Process, can you see bpf you created when you login with doctor,

    pastedimage1604911019297v1.png

2.You mentioned that you have set security role ‘Doctor’, so you need make sure user has been assigned the role.

    pastedimage1604911030543v2.png

3.Can you try to create one more bpf for the same entity and see if it shows up.

Or you can try to create the BPF of other entity to see if it is only for current entity.

4.You can try to switch to different browser, incognito mode or clear browser cache to check if it comes up on the form.
