Hi All,

I am getting following error while deploying ssrs report.

"A call to the Microsoft Dynamics AX SRSFrameworkService service failed. A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond."

Can any one tell me how to resolve it?

Deleting *.auc file for the user that run powershell deploy of all report, under "C:\Users\<theUser>\AppData\Local", resolve for me.

In my case probably wrong cache that makes fail connection.

Hi Syed Zeeshan,

Follow these steps it will surely work.

1. Open AOT > Services > SRSFrameworkService > Right click on that services > AddIns > RegisterService > Refresh the service and service operations.

2. Goto AOT > Service Groups > BIServices > Right click on the service group > Deploy the Service Group.

3. Check wether BI service is activated or not, if it is Activated you can Run the Report.

Solution1:

Run the command prompt as administrator

Flush the DNS by using ipconfig /flushdns command.

Solution2:

Stop all AOS's

Stop Reporting Service

Start AOS

Start Reporting Service

Try to validate if Dynamics AX business connector account and SSRS execution account are same or not

Please validate and update with your findings.

Try deploying using the powershell commands

Publish-AXReport -ReportName *

that will tell you if you are having issues on just one report. If that fails restart the SSRS service and retry.
