I have a issue currently in Dynamics 365 F&O when I go to firm production orders for a finished good- the system is only creating part of the FORM for that good. It is only doing this for 3 finished goods that all share the same FORM.
I have a food product- that when a production order is created for this item- the system should kick out a PROD order for the finished good, and a FORM for both the Formula and its sub formula.
For example it should kick out
- Production Order for Finished Good
- FORM- for Add in
- FORM - for the Pre-Mix to the add in
When I firm a PROD planned order, its going kicking out the Add in and not the premix. This is only occurring on the items that contain this particular pre-mix item. Not others. I examined how both the finished good, the add in and the pre mix are setup and I cannot find how its different than these other items that are working fine.
Any advice on where to look?
