Hi,

How do I assign "PO Doc Inquiry" permission to an existing user?

    All you need to do is to add the object to a task and make sure that task is included in a role that is assigned to your user. I looked for the Inquiry window and found it in the tasks and roles listed below:

    Security_Role_ID Security_Task_ID    Object Name

    OPERATIONS MANAGER*     

    		 INQ_PURCH_004*            POP_Document_Inquiry                                                             
    ORDER PROCESSOR*          INQ_PURCH_004*            POP_Document_Inquiry                                                             
    PURCHASING AGENT*        INQ_PURCH_004*            POP_Document_Inquiry                                                             
    PURCHASING MANAGER*      INQ_PURCH_004*            POP_Document_Inquiry                                                             
    SHIPPING AND RECEIVI*  INQ_PURCH_004*            POP_Document_Inquiry                                                             

    You can always create a new task/Role that includes this window.
